STEP-BY-STEP INSTALL GUIDE
STEP #1 DOWNLOAD THE FREE LIGHTROOM MOBILE APP
- Download the FREE Lightroom mobile App. Create an account and sign up!
STEP #2 TRANSFER
FOR IOS:
To transfer the files from your desktop to mobile, make sure you have your airdrop turned on your desktop and mobile devices
- 2.1 In ‘Downloads’ on your desktop, double click on the zip folder. It will duplicate and open up a regular folder. The folder is the name of the Preset Pack you purchased.
- 2.2 Select all the files that are in that folder, right click, share, Airdrop, select your mobile device.
- All these files will immediately save to your iPhone camera roll. They will appear as BLANK/ WHITE, which is completely normal.
FOR ALL OTHER MOBILE DEVICES:
- Download process same as above 2.1 & 2.2
- When you’re on your Desktop, upload all the photos to a cloud. We use Dropbox. It’s super easy! Open the dropbox app on your phone and export each DNG (preset) file to your camera roll. Now ALL the presets files should be saved in your camera roll.
OR
- Download process same as above 2.1 & 2.2
- You can email the files to yourself! Attach each file into the email then open up your emails on your phone, and export each DNG (preset) file to your camera roll.
STEP #3 CREATE AN ALBUM
- Open the Lightroom Mobile app
- Create a new album and name it “Presets by Skye & Freja”
- Click the 3 dots next to the folder and select “add photos”
- Add all the DNG images from your camera roll into this album
STEP #4 CREATING PRESETS
- Click on the DNG/image.
- In the top right corner, click the 3 dots.
- Click ‘Create Preset”.
CLICK THE FOLLOWING:
- Preset name: On the DNG/image is the name of the preset.
- Preset Groups: Click the drop down that says “User Presets”.
- Click “Create new preset group” and name it “Presets by Skye & Freja”
- REPEAT this process for each image until they are all saved!
STEP #5 EDITING
- To use your BRAND NEW PRESETS, scroll along the bottom until you find ‘Presets’. Click ‘User Presets’ and change it to the ‘Presets by Skye & Freja’ group that you created earlier.
That’s it!

- Download Adobe Lightroom Classic CC for Desktop *Logo of Lightroom Classic CC*
For Lightroom Desktop. Please note, you will need a subscription.
STEP #2 DOWNLOAD PRESETS
- For Mac: Simply double click the Zip folder. It will duplicate and open up a regular folder. The folder will be the name of the Preset Pack you purchased. Your presets will be in this folder as DNG files. DNG files open show blank and won’t work until they’re in Lightroom.
- For PC: Click the Zip folder. Your presets will be in this folder as DNG files.
STEP #3 IMPORTING PRESETS
- Open Lightroom Classic CC
- When you’re in the ‘Library’ module (Top Right), click ‘Import’ down on the bottom left.
- Find the folder that the presets/DNG files are in. Select all of them then press ‘Import’.
- Click on the ‘Develop’ module (top right).
STEP #5 CREATING PRESETS
- Now, to create your presets, click develop at the top of your screen.
CLICK THE FOLLOWING:
- Preset name: On the DNG/image is the name of the preset.
- Group: Click the drop down that says “User Presets”.
- Click “New group” and name it “Presets by Skye & Freja”
- Then press create.
- REPEAT this process for each image until they are all saved!
That’s it!
